Job Description:

Total Experience: 3-5 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience only in servicenow as  a developer.
• Must have working and hands on knowledge on Service Portal development at the least clear understanding of the process.
• Must have exp on all the ITSM modules.
• Must have hands on exp on Java script, HTML, XML. Integration with external APIs.
• Hands on exp on client script, script include, business rules, notifications, catalogues, record producers, reports, ACLs etc
• Clear understanding of the ITIL process.
• Should have working exp on Incident, Problem and Change Management also should have worked on enhancements.
